Initial Assessment
We will begin with a comprehensive questionnaire and a 1:1 meeting where we can dive into your goals, current habits, routines, and workouts.
Personalized Plan
Based on your questionnaire and our initial meeting, I will create a personalized nutrition plan that is tailored to your individual requirements and preferences.
Ongoing Support
Expect to send pictures of your food, weekly progress pictures, and weekly weigh ins. You will have bi-weekly meetings with me to discuss your plan, and weekly emails to keep you on track. I am available to answer questions any time,
Progress Check-Ins
As you progress through your individualized program, we will adjust your nutrition plan to help you maximize your fuel and work towards your body composition goals.

Are the plans customizable?
Everything is tailored to YOU and your goals. You'll receive an individualized blueprint based on your goals and eating habits, weekly emails, biweekly check-ins, and support whenever you need it.
Is ongoing support provided?
You choose the length of your program. I recommend 3-4 months to build those habits. After that, you can choose if you want to extend your program and maintain 1:1 coaching.
Can the plans be adjusted?
Yes, I regularly review and adjust the plans based on your progress and feedback.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Not to worry, I take all dietary restrictions and preferences into consideration when creating your plan.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
